About the role

OccuPros is hiring a full-time Client Relationship Specialist to be the steady point of contact for the companies that trust us with their people. This is a hybrid role based at our Arlington, Texas office, three days on site and two days remote. Read this part carefully, because it is the part most job postings do not mean: we hire for character first. We would rather bring on someone honest, coachable, and genuinely reliable and teach them the work, than hire a polished resume attached to someone who lets things slide. If you have never worked in safety, never touched a CRM, and never scheduled a training class, you can still be the right person for this job. We will teach you all of it. What we cannot teach is whether you do what you said you would do, by when you said you would do it. Compensation and Schedule - $41,600 per year ($20.00 per hour), paid biweekly - Full time, 40 hours per week - Hybrid: three days per week on site at our Arlington, TX office and two days remote - Paid time off and paid company holidays - Position open until filled Who We Are Looking For These are the things we actually screen on. If you read this list and recognize yourself, apply even if the rest of the posting feels like a stretch. - You close the loop. If you said you would call them back Thursday, you call them back Thursday. - You answer the uncomfortable email instead of letting it sit until it gets worse. - You can tell a client the truth, including the truth that we got something wrong, without getting defensive about it. - You notice the thing nobody assigned to you and you pick it up. - You stay steady when the person on the other end of the phone is frustrated. - You want to be coached. Feedback lands as information, not as an insult. - You treat somebody else's training record the way you would want your own family member's handled. Leadership Development Is Part of This Job Every OccuPros employee is enrolled in our internal development program, and it is a condition of employment, not an optional perk. It is completed on paid company time. - The OccuPros Way. Our orientation program covering how we work, what we will and will not do, and the standard every client interaction is held to. - The OccuPros Leadership Academy. A 22-course internal program grounded in the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, with written worksheets, knowledge checks, and coaching conversations. Courses are released one at a time so the pace stays realistic alongside your actual job. We do this because we believe leadership is not a title you get later. It is a set of habits you build now, and it is the reason our clients trust us with their crews. If mandatory personal development sounds like a burden rather than an opportunity, this is not the right fit, and that is genuinely okay. What You Will Own - Serve as first response on inbound inquiries from the website, phone, email, and live chat, and make sure every one of them gets a real answer the same business day - Follow up on open quotes and proposals until the client has an answer, and keep leadership current on where each one stands - Onboard new clients: confirm scope, collect roster and site details, and make sure the first training event or course assignment goes off cleanly - Coordinate training scheduling between clients, trainers, and the operations calendar - Assign and troubleshoot Safety Academy course seats and learner logins so nobody who paid for training is left waiting for access - Track expiring certifications and upcoming renewals, and reach out to clients before they lapse - Keep client records, contacts, and activity history current in the CRM so any team member can pick up a conversation without starting over - Follow up after training and on-site work to confirm the client got what they were promised - Escalate service problems early and stay on them through resolution You will not carry a sales quota. You will be measured on how fast you respond and how many clients stay. What You Need on Day One - Able to work on site at our Arlington, TX office three days per week - Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for your two remote days - Clear, professional written and verbal communication - Basic comfort with a computer: email, web applications, and typing without dread - Willingness to complete The OccuPros Way and the Leadership Academy as a condition of employment - Authorization to work in the United States Preferred - Bilingual English and Spanish. A lot of the crews our clients send us work in Spanish, and being able to talk with them directly matters in this role. This is the one thing on this page we cannot teach you. Helpful, But We Will Teach You None of the following are required. If you have them, say so. If you do not, apply anyway. - Experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account coordination, inside sales support, service coordination, or scheduling - Background in safety, training, construction, industrial services, staffing, or another business-to-business service industry - Experience with a CRM and helpdesk such as Zoho, or any comparable system - Familiarity with an online course platform, including enrollment, seat assignment, and learner support - Experience with quotes, proposals, invoicing follow-up, or purchase order processes - Comfort building simple trackers or reports to keep work visible Working Conditions - Standard office environment at our Arlington headquarters three days per week, remote two days - Primarily seated computer and telephone work - Occasional local travel to client sites, training events, or industry functions in the Dallas and Fort Worth area - Occasional schedule flexibility around early-morning training start times What OccuPros Offers - Salary of $41,600 per year, paid biweekly on a predictable schedule - Paid time off and paid company holidays - Hybrid schedule with two work-from-home days every week - A structured leadership development program on paid company time, not on your weekends - Direct exposure to every part of the business: training, staffing, consulting, and our online Safety Academy - Room to grow into account management as the client base grows - A small team where your work is visible and your judgment is trusted How to Apply Apply through the application form on this listing and attach your resume, or email your resume to squad@occupros.com with Client Relationship Specialist in the subject line. If your resume does not look like a traditional match, tell us in a few sentences why you are the kind of person described under Who We Are Looking For. We read those. Reference: CRS-20260812-ARL. Questions? Call (469) 746-4040. Why OccuPros Most companies treat safety as a compliance line item. We treat it as care. We tell the people we love to buckle up, to put the phone down, to not drive when they are too tired. Then we get to work and rename that same instinct compliance. OccuPros exists to put the care back into it. In this role, you are the person who makes sure that care actually lands. The training got scheduled. The seat got assigned. The question got answered. The client never had to chase us. That is not administrative work. That is the difference between a program on paper and a program that reaches somebody. OccuPros LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
