HSE Coordinator

OccuPros is looking for an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Coordinator to support industrial and energy sector clients in the Houston area. This role involves developing HSE programs, managing compliance documentation, conducting risk assessments, and serving as the primary safety point of contact on-site. Responsibilities - Coordinate and implement HSE programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and client-specific standards - Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and risk assessments for daily operations - Perform regular site inspections and safety audits - Manage incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking - Deliver safety training including hazard communication, PPE, and emergency response - Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, and other contractor management system compliance - Prepare and submit regulatory reports and safety metrics Requirements - OSHA 30-Hour General Industry or Construction certification - 3+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial settings - Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulations - HAZWOPER 40-Hour certification preferred - Experience with behavior-based safety programs - Proficiency with safety management software and Microsoft Office What OccuPros Offers - Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit - Flexible assignment durations to match your availability - Exposure to diverse industries and project types - Professional growth opportunities and certification support - A team that values your expertise and keeps you working
